The Promotion at a Glance

The Ray White Sherwood | Centenary FY27 Campaign Prize Draw is a free-entry trade promotion lottery conducted by Ray White Sherwood | Centenary (ABN: XXXXXXXX, ACN: XXXXXXXXX[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — confirm ABN/ACN before launch]) of 73 Sherwood Rd, Sherwood QLD 4075. The campaign runs from 1 July 2026 through to the final draw in mid-September 2026 (exact close and final draw dates TBC — confirm before launch). The total prize pool is $1,000, distributed as local business vouchers and experiences across ten weekly Monday draws with a weighted prize schedule. Entry is completely free — no purchase is required and no purchase improves your odds of winning. By entering you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Who can enter

This promotion is open to permanent residents of Queensland aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. You do not need to be a client of Ray White Sherwood | Centenary to enter.

Geographic scope

The campaign is designed for owners and occupiers in the Western & Centenary suburbs of Brisbane, particularly those in postcodes 4068 (Indooroopilly / Fig Tree Pocket), 4073 (Jindalee / Riverhills area), 4074 (Jamboree Heights / Oxley area), and 4075 (Sherwood / Graceville / Corinda area). There is no geographic restriction on entry — any eligible Queensland resident may enter regardless of suburb — but the prize pool consists of vouchers and experiences sourced from local partner businesses in these postcodes.

Who cannot enter

Multiple entries

A single person may accumulate up to three (3) self-service entries and one 5× bonus multiplier per draw cycle. See Section 3 for the entry ladder. Attempts to circumvent entry limits (for example by registering multiple email addresses or multiple phone numbers attributed to the same person or device) will result in disqualification of all entries associated with that person.

Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 9:00 am AEST on 1 July 2026 and closes for new entries at 11:59 pm AEST on date TBC — approximately mid-September 2026, which is the Sunday before the final (Week 10) draw.

Entries received after the close date for each weekly draw window are automatically carried forward to subsequent draws until the campaign closes. See Section 4 for the draw schedule.

The promoter reserves the right to extend, suspend, or terminate the promotion early with not less than 48 hours' notice published on the campaign landing page (raywhitesherwood.com.au/fy27 — placeholder, confirm final URL) and by email to registered entrants.

How to Enter

Entry is free

No purchase is required to enter, and no purchase will improve your chances of winning. The entry mechanic rewards information you choose to share for the purpose of arranging a free property appraisal.

Self-service entry ladder

Complete the online booking form at the campaign landing page. Each piece of information you provide adds an entry ticket to your name:

1
Name + email address — required minimum
Base entry
+1
Mobile phone number
+1 entry
+1
Residential address
+1 entry

Maximum self-service entries: 3 per person per campaign. You may only submit the booking form once. If you have already submitted and wish to add information you initially left blank, contact us at sherwood.qld@raywhite.com.

Bonus tier — Agent scan at your appraisal (5× multiplier)

Sherwood + Centenary Bonus Tier

When an agent scans your entry QR code in person at your booked appraisal session, all of your existing self-service entries are multiplied by 5.

If you have 3 entries (name + email + phone + address), after the agent scan your total becomes 15 entries for all remaining draws.

The scan must be performed by a Ray White Sherwood | Centenary agent during the scheduled appraisal appointment — not remotely, not over video call, and not by a third party.

The 5× multiplier can be redeemed only once per entrant per campaign, regardless of the number of appraisal sessions attended.

You may attend your appraisal session at any point during the campaign window. If you book in Week 1 but attend the appraisal in Week 6, the 5× multiplier applies from Week 6 onward.

Entry carries forward automatically

Once registered, your entries remain active for every draw until the campaign closes. You do not need to re-enter each week. Winning one week's prize does not remove you from future draws.

Draw Schedule and Prizes

Weekly draws

There will be ten (10) weekly draws, each conducted on a Monday during the campaign window. The first draw occurs on the first Monday of the campaign, approximately 7 July 2026 — confirm before launch. The final draw occurs on approximately mid-September 2026 — confirm before launch.

Weighted prize schedule

The total prize pool is $1,000 AUD in local-business vouchers and/or experiences. Prizes are weighted toward the start and end of the campaign:

Draw weeks Approximate dates Prize value Cumulative
Weeks 1–3 TBC (approx. Jul–Aug 2026) $150 each $450
Weeks 4–6 TBC (approx. Aug 2026) $100 each $300
Weeks 7–9 TBC (approx. Aug–Sep 2026) $75 each $225
Week 10 (final) TBC (approx. mid-Sep 2026) $25 $25
Total $1,000 $1,000

Prize nature

Each weekly prize is a voucher or experience sourced from one of the ten (10) local partner businesses participating in this campaign. The specific partner business and prize description for each draw week will be announced on the campaign landing page at least seven (7) days before that week's draw.

Draw method

Draws are conducted using a verifiable random selection process. The promoter will export the pool of eligible entry tickets for that week, assign each ticket a sequential number, and use a publicly verifiable random number generator (such as random.org, seeded with the ISO-8601 date string of the draw Monday) to select the winning ticket number. The winning entry number and the draw parameters (seed, pool size, result) will be published on the campaign landing page within 24 hours of each draw.

Winner notification

Winners are contacted by email (and by phone if a mobile number was provided) within 48 hours of each draw. The promoter will make three (3) contact attempts over seven (7) days before the prize is treated as unclaimed. Winners may also be announced on Ray White Sherwood | Centenary social media channels; the winner's first name and suburb only will be published unless the winner provides written consent for full identification.

Claiming Your Prize

Claim period

Winners have 14 calendar days from the date of the first notification attempt to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide their preferred redemption details (name for the voucher, preferred contact method for the partner business).

Unclaimed prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted after three attempts, or fails to confirm acceptance within 14 days, the prize is treated as unclaimed. The promoter will then, at its sole discretion, take one of the following actions:

  1. Redraw — conduct a fresh draw from the eligible pool for that week within 14 days of the prize being deemed unclaimed; or
  2. Add to next week — roll the unclaimed prize value into the following week's draw (increasing that prize by the unclaimed amount); or
  3. Donate — donate the prize or its cash equivalent to a local charitable organisation (such as the Centenary State Emergency Service volunteer group or a local charity nominated at the promoter's discretion) if the unclaimed prize arises in the final (Week 10) draw.

The promoter will publish which path it has taken on the campaign landing page within seven (7) days of the prize being deemed unclaimed.

In Queensland, under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and its associated guides for Category 4 promotional games, a redraw for unclaimed prizes should occur within a reasonable period as specified in the terms. We have specified 14 days above to give certainty to all parties. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — confirm unclaimed prize timeline meets any applicable regulatory guidance in force at launch date]

This data does not leave your browser and is not shared with third parties. No advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media pixels are loaded on the campaign form page.

Marketing Communications

Entering the draw does not automatically add you to any marketing list. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), which requires express consent before sending commercial electronic messages.

Optional marketing opt-in

The booking form includes a separate, un-pre-ticked checkbox that reads: "I'd like to receive occasional market updates and property insights from Ray White Sherwood | Centenary by email."

Ticking this box constitutes express consent under the Spam Act 2003 for email marketing from Ray White Sherwood | Centenary. It does not constitute consent to receive SMS marketing — a separate opt-in is required for SMS.

Unsubscribe

Every marketing email we send includes a clearly visible unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are actioned within five (5) business days in accordance with the Spam Act 2003. You can also unsubscribe by emailing sherwood.qld@raywhite.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe".

Transactional communications (draw notifications, winner contact, appraisal confirmations) are not marketing messages and will still be sent even if you opt out of marketing, for as long as your entry or appraisal remains active.

However, the promoter will make reasonable efforts to honour valid entry attempts where the technical failure can be attributed to the promoter's systems. In those circumstances, contact sherwood.qld@raywhite.com with a description of the issue and the date of the attempt.

Permit and Regulatory Status

This promotion is a Category 4 Promotional Game under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (QLD) and the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Regulation 1999 (QLD).

Category 4 games are free-entry draws conducted to promote goods or services. Under Queensland law, no permit or licence is required from the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) to conduct this promotion. Anyone may conduct a Category 4 promotional game in Queensland provided the promotion is free to enter and is conducted to promote goods or services.

This promotion's total prize value is $1,000 AUD, which is substantially below the thresholds that trigger permit requirements in other Australian jurisdictions (e.g. South Australia's $5,000 threshold for registration). Queensland imposes no permit threshold for Category 4 promotional games — the key compliance requirements are transparency, fair draw conduct, and record-keeping, all of which are addressed in these terms.

There is no requirement to notify the OLGR before or after conducting this promotion. The promoter has made reasonable enquiries and is satisfied that this promotion complies with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and associated regulations and rules. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — confirm this position against the current version of the Act and any 2025–2026 amendments in force at launch date]
